Participants are encouraged to develop their leadership, management, and governance knowledge and skills, to facilitate the delivery of consistently high quality, safe, effective, and compassionate care within their care service.

Develop your Leadership and Management knowledge, skills, and behaviours
As part of duty of care, all care workers must take responsibility for their own learning and development.
This can be done either by studying full recognised qualifications or through studying single courses, or bundles of courses.
Recognised qualifications
Ofqual-Recognised qualifications on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) in England.
