    The Highfield Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF) is a fully Ofqual-recognised qualification that provides knowledge and support those who work in health and social care settings, including adult social care workers, health care assistants, healthcare support workers, personal assistants, live-in care workers. 

     

    Learners studying the Highfield Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF) work in any type of care settings in England and Northern Ireland, such as, adult social care, health care, domiciliary care, other community care settings.

    Entry requirements

    This recognised qualification is accredited by Ofqual to be made available to learners in England. 

     

    This qualification learning and assessments are done and uploaded online, therefore the learner must have access to an internet-enabled device, such as, desktop, laptop or tablet.

     

    The learner need to be in a work placement to study this recognised qualification, as the skills based assessment criteria are completed in the workplace. Assessment Guidance will be provided

      The Highfield Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF) delivers 46 credits of Ofqual-accredited level 2 work-based learning and development for anyone working or aspiring to work in any part of the health and social care sector.

      Employers, managers, trainers, can use this qualification as part of their staff training and re-training, and ensuring all staff are trained to be competent.

      The qualification units standards can also be used as standards for group training and staff supervision. The certificates of completion means that the employer can provide evidence in staff files for each completed learning activity.
