Entry requirements
This recognised qualification is accredited by Ofqual to be made available to learners in England and Northern Ireland.
This qualification learning and assessments are done online, therefore the learner must have access to an internet-enabled device, such as, desktop, laptop or tablet.
The learner doesn't need to provide evidence of a work placement to study this recognised qualification.
No previous leadership and management knowledge required.
To be able to lead and manage a care setting, the learner must be competent in delivery of frontline care in England as a senior care assistant, senior support worker, senior personal assistant, and be able to support and supervise care assistants and support workers. Therefore, previous experience of working in health and social care in Englland is preferred.
