    You can safeguard your own mental health by developing resilience, and increase your ability to cope with stress, recover from difficulties, and successfully navigate the "ups and downs" of life.  

     

    Resilience is the ability to cope under pressure and recover from difficulties. 

     

    Being resilient will help you to manage stressful situations, protect you from mental ill-health and improve your well-being. At work, this ensures that you can continue to do your job well and deliver high-quality care and support. 

     

    It is not possible to take all of the stress out of work, which is why it’s important that everyone is supported to develop their resilience, and that employers take steps to reduce work-related stress. 

     

    Although your team leaders, managers and employers may support you to build your resilience, it is important that you know what to do and how to support yourself to recover quickly from difficulties, by using the knowledge, examples, tips and templates provided in this course. 

     

    For team leaders and managers, this course provides the knowledge, understanding and tips to build staff resilience, at an individual level, at the team level, and also at an organisational level.

    • The process of enrolment

      The process of enrolment is as follows: 

      When the buyer fully completes payment on the checkout, the buyer gets access to a downloadable acknowledgement explaining the next step. 

       

      At the same time, we receive an email notification regarding the purchase, including the buyer's details and their email address. 

       

      The buyer is contacted by email within 24 hours of payment, to obtain the names and details of each learner.  

       

      Enrolments are on a named person basis, and therefore, the buyer must reply to our email and provide us with the specific details requested. 

       

      Once the buyer has replied to our email request and provides us with the requested details, each learner gets a separate Learner Account on the Learning Management System (LMS), gets enrolled into the relevant learning resources.

       

      Each learner is then sent their own login email with instructions on how to use their unique express sign-in link to login, access their learning account, and the courses provided to them. 

       

    • Refund Policy

      Our Refund Policy is in keeping with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) as applicable to digital content. 

      If, as a consumer, you change your mind about your course purchase, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you haven't accessed any part of your course material.  

      Please note that you are no longer eligible for refund if you have accessed any part of the course material, or communicated with any course tutors.   

      If someone is eligible for refund, we will issue them with a credit note.
