Legally Binding Contract

By signing up for a course or qualification, you create a legally binding contract, and you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Service.

Buyers paying for someone else must use the link titled "Pay for Someone Else" or "Manual Enrolment" displayed on the course landing page.

 

A buyer must not deceive us and pretend to be the learner to obtain certificates for someone else. Such deception and malpractice will result in expulsion from the course.

 

All advertised courses and qualification have a public landing page that is free to view, and prospective learners should read the publicly advertised Course Information on that landing page.

 

A learner can pay for enrolment to a learning programme directly through this website. Any discounts given at the time of purchase, are subject to terms and conditions, and if those terms are breached, then the purchaser voids the discount and full price will be charged.

 

Our courses and qualifications can also be purchased through websites of our advertising partners.

 

UK Employers and UK sponsors paying one-time payments can also pay us directly through bank transfer, if card payment is not convenient for them.

If you are enrolling more than 1 learner, on the Cart change the number from 1 to the number of learners you want to enrol. 

After completing payment, the buyer will receive a link to a downloadable acknowledgement explaining the next step.

The buyer will be contacted by email within 24 hours of payment, to obtain the names and details of each learner.

The process of enrolment is as follows:

Once the buyer replies to the email request and provides the requested details, each learner gets a separate Learner Account on the Learning Management System (LMS), gets enrolled into the relevant learning resources, and a login email is sent to each learner with instructions on how to use their unique express sign-in link to login and access their learning account. 

Refund Policy

If you change your mind about your course purchase, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you haven't accessed any part of your course material.  

Please note that you are no longer eligible for refund if you have accessed any part of the course material, or communicated with any course tutors.   

​This policy is in keeping with the Consumer Rights Act (2015) as applicable to digital content. 

By making payment through this site, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to this policy.
